Welcome to Hybernate ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Hybernate iOS application (the "App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect the following types of information:

• Alarm and Usage Data: Wake-up times, alarm settings, solve times, and streak data that you create within the App. This data is stored locally on your device.
• Device Information: Non-identifying information about your device (e.g., iOS version, device model) used for diagnostics and crash reporting.
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage data (e.g., feature usage frequency) to help us improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience
• Detect and fix bugs and technical issues
• Respond to your support requests

All alarm configurations, wake-up history, and personal preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not upload this data to our servers. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

The App may use third-party services for analytics and crash reporting (e.g., Apple App Store analytics). These services may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

Since the App stores all personal data locally on your device, you can delete all App data at any time by removing the App from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
